Ankita Enterprises ® is a leading OEM supplier to nationaly known brands of the country. The company has made a mark in the industry since its establishment in the year 1998 and has been achieving heights under the proud ownership and guidance of Mr. Rajiv Khanna, Chemical Engineering Graduate from IIT Kanpur. We make great deals in supplying fax/thermal paper by importing Jumbo reels from Japanese manufacturers and then slitting into small customer size rolls, and within a span of 12 to18 months.

We aim at growing and expanding, and thus, with our efficient working team, we take up regular R&D activities to help us improve and increase our functionality. We aim at customer’s satisfaction and so we customize all our range of products as per the customer’s choice of requirement in any particular product according to the need. Our machines are of the finest plastic material. As per our motive of customer satisfaction, we value our customers the most by providing an unmatched quality without allowing any chances of discontent.

We are equipped with the best of technologies and machinery to give the finest production. All the machinery and products are regularly serviced and checked on their proper functioning to give and appropriate and flawless performance. All our performers are well – trained and experienced in the field. To give a complete customer satisfaction, we also aim at after-sales and for this we have an efficient after-sales network that has its executives in different countries.

PRODUCT QUALITY
We at Ankita Enterprises aim at providing the best to our customers and do not allow any leniency in the production quality. We thus assure a high quality of our products and their equipments and make every possible step to keep improving on them too. To make it an assurance in our product quality, all our products undergo quality checks and services on regular intervals of time by all the highly expert professionals. Also, all our workers and team members are well experienced and trained in functioning to give the finest output.

AFTER SALES
At Ankita Enterprises, we firmly believe in Customer Satisfaction and for this reason, we have a full fledged Service Department to take care of pre/post sales related issues.

The Technical Team comprises of highly qualified and experienced degree/diploma Electronic Engineers. The Engineers are adequately trained and equipped to handle their respective region allotted to them. The response time which we have been able to achieve so far is 3-4 hours within the same city, 24-30 hours distant places & maximum 72-84 hours for remote areas. Over and above the technical staff, we have a team of delivery boys who deliver the consumables and spares directly to our Engineer’s in the field. After the warranty period, machines are covered under AMC etc.

We have a full fledged Stores equipped with spare parts and consumables worth almost Rs.200 Lakhs, to ensure speedy uptime of the machine. Besides, a fully equipped workshop takes care of machines which require workshop attention.

Today our organization has grown by leaps and bounds and we have a very large number of engineers, sales personnel and back up staff and representation on National level and have our Franchisee Service Centers all over the country (list enclosed).
